Our cats have started hanging out in our enclosed yard a bit. I keep a close eye on them whenever they are out.
There is some construction going on across the street and if they hear something loud they get spooked and ask to be let back in... just to turn around and demand to be let back out seconds later, just like the cats they are.
They are hilarious.

I would be super afraid of letting my cats out in a new neighborhood! Last time we moved I had a cat that kept getting out and going back to our old place about a mile away. He had to cross a 4 lane highway to get there too! I eventually stopped going back to get him because I was afraid he would end up as road kill. :( I really hope the new owners loved him as much as we did!
I don't plan on moving anytime soon so our cats are good. :)
