Doodle 004 - Flame Princess

Today I spent more time outside than I do most Saturdays. I have hermit-like tendencies and don't enjoy the heat, so it is rather rare for me to leave the house unless I abso-freaking-lutely have to.

My idea of the outdoors is relaxing by the pool under some shade between laps in the water. Again, I was born and raised in the city, me and nature have a sorta love-hate relationship.

Anyway, I didn't draw as much today, but I decided to do a bit of fanart. One of my favorite shows at the moment is Adventure Time (I like it so much that I learned to play a couple of songs from the show on the ukelele... and kinda ended up teaching myself the ukelele in the process). It makes me laugh and reminds me of when I was a kid. It can be rather bizarre at times, but that's just part of its charm.

    I love love LOVE Adventure Time - great Flame Princess imagining. I hope the cautiously optimistic look on her face means that it works out between her and Finn :)
